FFP for Education

A bespoke headhunting service for education, designed to acquire better talent faster, and to save you money in doing so.

Ok, so we stole our ‘FFP for Education’ theme from Google for Education. Guilty! But we did it for good reason…

We were recently asked by education.co.uk to recruit some Multi-Academy Trust leaders to speak at the MAT Leaders Conference at Google’s HQ in London.

Google for Education

After a successful recruitment campaign, we were kindly invited to attend the event. The topic of the event was the challenges faced with centralised purchasing in MATs. One challenge in MATs - and education as a whole - that was prevalent among the audience was recruitment. According to MAT leaders and managers from education suppliers, recruitment is something they can’t quite nail, yet it’s crucial to the success of their organisations.

This got us thinking...

We already work with several education suppliers, and we love it. We love the education sector, we love the energy and passion from those in it, we love the innovation and creativity, and we especially love the end outcome of improving the minds of young people.

So...

We thought, why not provide a specialist education recruitment service, focused purely on helping education organisations to hire awesome people? Alas, FFP for Education was born!

We’ve decided to work exclusively with 25 education industry clients to provide a bespoke headhunting service, and we're doing it at a far lower cost than what traditional recruitment agencies charge. Our service is designed to help you acquire better talent faster and save money in doing so.

“FFP provided a great service for us at a time when we badly needed some support to recruit some key new members of the team.  We really appreciated the initial video interviews, which meant we could quickly whittle down applicants to a shortlist ahead of inviting them to the office to meet them. We've now got two new cracking members of our team, who are already adding absolutely tonnes of value.”
